もともと予約していたレジデンスが先方のダブルブッキングにより利用できなくなり、代替として別のレジデンスを案内されました。その際、3ベッドルーム・3バスルームと説明を受けていましたが、実際に案内された部屋は2ベッドルーム・2バスルームでした。 人数は5人だったため、ベッド数・部屋数ともに十分とは言えず、結果的にリビングにマットレスを置いて対応する形になりました。 また、やり取りの途中で説明内容が変わることがあり、状況の把握が難しかったです。 スタッフの方の対応も残念でした。丁寧とは言えず、こちらが状況について説明をした際に感情的な口調で返される場面がありました。 また、部屋にはタオルが4人分しか用意されておらず、追加を依頼してもなかなか持ってきてもらえませんでした。 さらに、ルームキーが2日目に突然使用できなくなり、再発行を依頼する必要があったことや、ジムがあると案内されていたにもかかわらず実際には利用できなかった点も不便でした。 全体として、事前説明と実際の提供内容の不一致に加え、対応や設備面での不備が重なったため、満足できる滞在とは言えませんでした。改善を期待します。
