Overall, very good location! 5mins walk to the nearest LRT. Only 4 stops to KLCC Suria station. Room is clean, good sound proofing and well equipped. Just one suggestion, the shower hot and cold water isn't clearly marked. It looks like the marker indicator have worn off. And the pressure is too strong on first use.Cosmo Hotel KL is an easy recommendation for anyone staying in Malaysia city centre for a few days!

The front counter staff, the doormen and the dining room staff were extremely helpful, polite and always greeted us with warm smiles. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. My mother celebrated her 88th birthday and was surprised with a lovely cake and some special gifts- thank you so much Sharon. This has been such a special time and so many wonderful memories for her

The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location, right near the centre. Staff were friendly and there was a great choice of foods at breakfast. However the lift takes a long time to come and sometimes goes past your floor!

There was very little to like about this hotel bedding was dirty smelt like someone had been sleeping in the bed and sheets nit changed .no view windows were filthy very noisy and someone was trying to open the adjoining door in the middle of the night area was not safe staff not very helpful

Over and beyond

Very cheerful and welcoming staff at check-in. Went over and beyond to make me feel welcome after I upgraded my room. I would even say that they were better than all the 5-star hotels I have stayed in as far as customer care is concerned.

Horrible! The property has a stinky weird smell. We saw crockeroges running around in the dining room. One was on our chair and we told the waiter. He was taking his time to grab a napkin to kill it. It is in a good location for train and public transportation. Free Indian buffet breakfast.

The room is damp and smells musty. Because of that, I don't think I would stay there again. But the security staff are very nice. Front desk staff are so so. Price is good. Location is great. It's very close to the Masjid Jamek station, Merdeka Square, Central Market and Chinatown.

The lobby promised much more than the room delivered but for a one-night stay, it was fine. The mattress was old/bad and the AC was barelly cooling, otherwise the room was functionally equipped, incl. fridge and iron & ironing board. Very good breakfast. good value for the money but for a feeling of an upscale stay, go elsewhere. Good location, walkable to Central Market, TL tower, Chinatown.

Overall I liked this hotel and can recommend this hotel to others. Cosmo hotel is really affordable, and the room is spacious for just 1 person. The room was clean, and breakfast is tasty. Hotel staff are friendly and polite. The location is good as well. A popular sightseeing place, Central Market, is close to this hotel, just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. what I didn't like is that there were ants found on a desk, wall, floor, etc (fortunately no ants on a bed). Also, I found some white power continuously falling down from the room ceiling, which I think the ceiling has been deteriorating.

The hotel was clean, but I did expect a bit more. The air conditioning wasn’t really adjustable and was very noisy, as was the ventilation system in the room. The rooms were poorly soundproofed — we could hear the neighbors making phone calls. We had to ask for toilet paper and other supplies a few times, as they weren’t restocked during cleaning. On the bright side, it’s in a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I believe it was a top four star hotel in kl but it seems that things have not been maintained and a lot of work needs to be done to fix the condition of rooms and facilities . Our room was smelly and run down with worn furniture and broken fixtures. The king sized bed in such a small room made it such that you could not open the cupboard door on one side where the ironing board was- thankfully we did not need to us it as it would have been very difficult to pull it out. On the other side of the bed it was so close to the wall that I had to shuffle sideways to get out of bed . The king bed was comfortable and the highlight of the room.

The location is good. I booked the room without external window, the room was dark and damp, the pillows are horribly flat, dirty air-conditioning. The door lock failed to detect needed frequent reset. I have a change of room to the executive suite, the situation in the room is better and cleaner. However there is still problem with opening the door .. overall stay was not great.
