The aircond was in poor condition. At Max but still not cool. The hall on each floor in front of the lift were smelly. Other than that, everything is good. The food was good.

BAD EXPERIENCED

Book a room with non-smoking guestrooms, but ended getting a room that filled with smoking odor bcos it is a free-smoking guestroom with an ashtray. Erghh. My room was a adjoining room with noisy next door guest, they also smoke in their room which the smoke smell can filled up our room through connecting door. You know this kind of feel when u didnt smoke and u are a women. Then, when i request for a room change, the receptionist decline with a fullhouse reason. 11pm, i cannot stand anymore with the smell, checkout and find another place to stay.

Got a torn door inside of the hotel room..

It's Okay... It just had some secret door that can be lead to another room. These door can be only been accessible by the outsiders from another room. It would be best if there's no secret door in every room at the hotel. Please improvise on that. (,^^)

WiFi terrible. Logged into wifi but no internet access although mentioned availability in room. Last time I stayed it was only available at lobby area and it was mentioned that way, so no harm. Refrigerator none although the place is there. Socket at bed not available. I think it is a necessity to charge Handphone

Ok

So far ok. Staff should be more friendly even though we arrived late, he should assist us properly. We need to ask him whatever we would like to know, he kept silence like we know everything about the hotel. They should check the telephone works or not in the room. Do not drill something at night, we want to sleep peacefully at these hour!
