Could have looked into the broken elevator situation faster during this peak tourist season with a better SOP and pre-planning work. Worth a stay for its gd location. If you stay in the top few floors the fantastic view of KL and the mountains is rewarding.

A fantastic experience!! The apartment we stayed in was very clean and modern. A big screen TV and comfortable sofa in the living room, dining table and chairs for 6, a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and washer dryer. Two good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All nicely tiled and clean. The apartment building also has a really nice swimming pool and gym on the 10th floor On the 60th Floor there is a roof dining area that has amazing views of the city. The staff were very helpful and also provide room cleaning when required. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the new TRX mall and close to main attractions. Staying here made our holiday amazing, we highly recommend.

The room was smelling badly. Complaint daily basis for 5 days. No change happened. The 5th day visited management office and we got a clean room. We both got sick and go to hospital due to bad smell. The attended keep continiously refusing the dirtyness and smelly condition.

Terrible experience,would have avoided

Asked us to cancel without charge as they had no power and water. However, link did not allow cancellation. Had to rebook another hotel at very short notice for an exorbitant rate. Agile suites and Hotels.com were made aware of the whole situation ahead of the stay ( which never happened). Later , Agile suited refused to refund our money , though they’d requested us to cancel without charge in the first instance! Scam, avoid them!
