We stayed at Fogo Aous in Ksamil and had a wonderful experience! The place is new, clean, and beautifully designed. The service was exceptional – we truly felt like valued guests. The owners took great care of us and were always available for anything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The personnel were beyond kind. I had a problem with Expedia not sending over my booking information to them, but they immediately solved it. They booked me a beautiful luxurious room. They actually sent me to Foga Hebrus which is their partner hotel. It was perfect. The personnel were very helpful and always helped with a smile. The room and hotel were beautiful. The buffet in the morning was delicious. They had so many options to choose from. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Luiz from the reception was great! He is very helpful and kind. The property is new and they offer transport to the beach. The room rate include breakfast, but if you are not used to the local food, it can be an issue.

The stuff was nice BUT !!! 🚩🚩 The floor room was very dirty When we check in. No toilet seat for all the time we stay in hotel, which is 5 days Closet the door didn’t close almost fell down. The door for the room barely open because it’s touching the floor And they didn’t change the sheets and the cover for the pillow for a couple days even when it was dirty. And one day we didn’t have any water not in shower and not in the sink. We talked to the management. They said they will take care of that but they didn’t. Sad 😔 Not recommended ! Sorry

Sauber, freundliches Personal, modern ausgestattet, zentrale und ruhige Lage Frühstück in einer anderen Unterkunft ca 3 Minuten entfernt Kein Privatstrand mit liegen wie stellenweise vermittelt. Hier gibt es aber 20% Nachlass. Ca 10 Minuten entfernt

Vi förväntade oss mer av detta hotell med tanke på hur de marknadsför sig samt för priset vi betalade. Saker som gjorde oss besvikna var ex att det inte ingår kaffe till frukosten, äggen som de serverade var gamla och grå i färgen, vi hade inget vatten som fungerade i lägenheten 2 gånger under vår vistelse, toalettlocket var sönder samt att de endast erbjöd en mindre rabatt på deras beach club som dessutom låg mer än 15 minuters promenad bort. Annars är det fräscha rum men man förväntade sig mer.

Otel odaları tıpkı fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, çok güzeldi. Ancak otelin ön cephesi olarak fotoğrafları konulan özel plaj aslında 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otelden size verilen biletle gidip girebiliyorsunuz. Ben bu detaya dikkat etmemişim, bu nedenle otele bakanların dikkatine getirmek istedim. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Tuvalette sabun yoktu, temizlik personeli çıktığı için bu eksiği gideremedik.

Bon hôtel et bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel neuf mais étonnamment sans ascenseur. Très belles chambres avec balcon. Le personnel est très serviable et extrêmement gentil. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas servi sur place mais un peu plus loin dans un autre établissement. Parking gratuit mais pas très facile d'accès et non accessible aux voitures basses. Le prix est très raisonnable pour la prestation.
