"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Although the hotel is listed as 3 stars, I found the price to be higher compared to the facilities and services provided. The atmosphere felt unprofessional. The hotel is family-run, but this does not mean guests should feel constantly observed, the owner’s family were often around the reception and pool area, giving unnecessary looks to guests as they entered or left. "Very clean, newly refurbished, daily cleaning, spacious. Local to amenities, beachclubs. Ideal spot for everything at Sarande. Only recommendation: breakfast was very poor. Not many options. Presentation wasn't very great so not appealing. Also balcony walls were darkened and levelled at eye level so it was annoying. Can't see out and chairs not comfortable so wasn't convenient sitting at balcony. "
