"We love this hotel so much, the hotel is close to everything, you can take the hotel’s boat shuttle to the BTS train station or tourist ferry to Chinatown, temples or Khaoshan Rd,, everywhere is very convenience. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, we stayed there for 6 nights with no problems at all, we did not want to leave, we will stay there again next time when we go back Bangkok. The staff is so polite and helpful, they also offer free coffee and tea during the day at the lobby. I really recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bangkok, especially if you want to be close to the main shopping malls. "

"How ever we think the hotel i s great and kept well, excellent so ever, we have just small thing-but mean a lot to us- when we ask for late check out ( by paying the amount) the lady at the front desk said she will see and tell us) unfortunately my mother & my sister in law took the last two kabana rooms ,for us they didn’t have its was disappointing "

"Amazing. I purchased the Suite with River view that was supposed to come with a free drink and breakfast in the lounge. However, when I arrived at the lounge the hostess said my room on the 53rd floor did not include access to the lounge. Luckily for me, the hotel manager was present and he invited me to stay for breakfast. I don't drink alcohol so I wasn't concerned about the free cocktail. Everyone was very nice and professional. The pool was lovely and dinner at the Chef's Table was phenomenal. Top notch service, friendliness, competence and the food was to die for. Will definitely be back. Oh, and the views were stunning."
