It was a very cute and comfortable hotel. It was very clean! I would definitely stay here again.

I love NY … i visit once a year and this is my favorite hotel . In the heart of time square and broadway . Clean , practical and with very welcoming atmosphere and great staff. Gemma and Matthew at the reception were super helpful and very friendly. Thank you for another great experience .

Hotel was in a great location on a quiet street by NY standards. Room was a good size and was as per photos on website. Bed was comfortable. Shower was not the best but still ok. The complimentary laundry was also a great bonus. Hotel staff were polite and helpful and check in and out was easy, but unfortunately there was one staff member who found a question an inconvenience to her. Also liked the free cookies but we had to be quick to get some. We would stay here again when visiting NY.
