Great location. Quiet area as well but seconds walk of the main area and water. Host was super. Free parking everywhere. Clean and serviced well. Bed was not the most comfortable causing some sore backs the next day.

Picked this location for part of my trip due to its location, which was perfect to keep me close for what I needed, but that was the extent of it. Staff was limited - they weren’t responsive at all via WhatsApp (which was their mode of communication), and I only saw housekeeping the day of check in and couldn’t ask for more towels (they only gave one bath towel for my four night day stay there).

Property does not have designated parking as mentioned in the ads. The property does not have hot water, be prepared to bath with very very cold water. The windows are not sound proof, so expect to wake up really early by the car sounds. Check in staff was wonderful.

Some issues

The room was as described. Very clean - good location, parking was a bit tricky but worked out fine after I became more familiar with the area. However, the noise was not great. The shared lobby with the other rooms offered no sound proofing and everything was loud in the morning. Unfortunately, my room overlooked the restaurant next door - ok during the week, but Friday night - oh boy - it was a rocking! The music was so loud it was actually vibrating my room. Really not good. I see other reviews had some issues with hot water, I did notice it but I wasn't taking a shower at "normal" times so worked out ok for me - I did notice the hot water lacking during the morning.

Simple but nice hotel located 2 blocks from the water & downtown shopping. Staff were very helpful & accommodating. The room we had was an ‘indoor’ room & the only window was a skylight. Be sure to ask before booking if you’re not comfortable with this. As well they do not provide a coffee maker & the small breakfast restaurant attached does not open until 8. There is a coffee shop around the corner but I’m not sure what time it opens,

I had an overall good experience as a young women solo traveling. My room was very clean, neat, just right for me. Although I will note that communication isn’t the best. I did simply follow the instructions that seem to be automated when I booked and was fine. I will say that there is no actual front desk/lobby , there’s only someone available from 9-5 at the shop that is attached to the hotel which was very easy to find and a simple process to check in but I did reach out on expedia, whatsapp and email to clarify my check in time and as the email told me to and I got no reply so , I can see how checking in after 5pm may be a problem when it comes to reaching someone. The only other thing I will agree with is there is no hot water for showering. Otherwise, I did feel very safe as you need a key card to get into the hotel and obviously your key to get into your room so although there’s no additional security , I was fine. I liked that its in the middle of town so its easy to walk to most restaurants and piers for boat rides however, at night it is loud from the driving of the four wheelers and bikes but I did not mind that and slept fine. Overall, it is worth the price I just wish there was hot water for my shower.

It was clean, centrally located. I was early and they kept my luggage until my room was ready which they got done first as I was there early. It was nice to have a fridge and utensils. A panini press was all that I saw available for cooking.
