"Top notch staffs especially staffs at the breakfast room were amazing. They accommodated all of my requests with smiles. The quality of breakfast was excellent. It made my stay very pleasant and made me feel welcomed.
Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean equipped with all the amenities I needed.
I would like to thank staffs for their amazing services and hospitality.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again."

"Hotel is in a great place , just off the main square where there are plenty of eating /drinking places. Hotel was quiet, plenty of room in the bathroom/bedroom, lovely comfortable bed and it was nice to have a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in to read etc. Didn’t use the restaurant/bar facilities. Staff went over and above with regards to service, reception/house keeping etc. I did not use the massage facilities but used the pool which was lovely, when I return to krakow I will most...

"En realidad es la mejor opción para hospedarte en Cracovia , está en el corazón del casco antiguo en el centro de todo. El hotel es precioso, nuevo, limpio, con la calidad Hilton pero con encanto antiguo. El buffet excelente, el personal excelente y la habitación muy amplia y cómoda."

"This is a great hotel, inside the old town which has limited car traffic. You can move around on foot from it even out of old town. It was a great property location, restaurant and staff."

"The hospitality of the Hotel was exceptional. Everyone at the reception was extremely helpful, kind and anticipatory. The restaurant is mediocre. However the location of the Hotel on Grodzka loans itself to wealth of delicious food choices. My favorite is Huma."

"A very nice small hotel, well kept with friendly and helpful staff (all of whom speak English!) The location of this property near to the castle is pretty central too...Krakow is a very walkable city. We would definitely stay here again."
