"All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the room with unobstructive harbor view. This is a new hotel which recently opened in September 2025. The hotel is located in an excellent location at TST with easy access to MTR, Star Ferry and taxi. The hotel conditions/amenities/staff were great! Also, the Jija restaurant at the hotel lobby was very good! I'd certainly book this hotel again when I visit Hong Kong.. "
