"We enjoyed our stay while visiting our daughter who is attending the American College of Greece. The proximity to the college was fairly close. Added plus was the designated parking spot which is extremely helpful in that very busy neighborhood."

"La proximité de l’aéroport est un plus. Il y a également quelques restos à quelques minutes de marche. Par contre, la vue du balcon à l’arrière était dans un état de délabrement. L’entretien de la salle de bains est minimal. Un récurage en profondeur du carrelage est requis. Les produits pour la douche qui sont fournis sont minimalistes et bas de gamme. Il n’y a aucune prise pour le séchoir à cheveux dans la salle de bains. Le matelas est vraiment très mou. Nous ne relouerions pas à cet endroit."

"This place was advertised as luxurious and convenient and we were thoroughly disappointed. Starting with the logistics of getting a car parked on the very crowded streets and wheeling the luggage for 5 blocks to the place, the tediousness of getting to the centre and the difficulty of loading back luggage with no loading zone in front of the place. Once at the building were told the the room was not ready (after 3 pm ) and asked to come back. When back the room was not ready again. Our last day...

"Eventhough next to neighborhood, it quiet amd next to police station. The hotel is clean, it's like new, and well maintained. "

"Good experience, clean and comfortable apartment. The check took 20-30 min longer as expected. This was due to the busy schedule of the caretaker. Communication was easy, and replies were fast and adequate. Location is great; I loved the little balcony allowing me to sit outside; the temperature in Athens was very agreeable! 10 min walk to conference center/Metro. Many coffee shops and places to relax as well as stores for shopping. Would stay here again"

"This is my second review of this place because we actually stayed here twice. We took a short trip to Milos and asked the staff to hold our bags so we didn't have to carry much. Not only were they accommodating, but they put our luggage in the new room when we returned. Can't recommend this place enough!!!"

"Very spacious with plenty of room for my family of five, two adults share one room, two teenage daughters shared one room, and teenage son had a room to himself. Clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. As well a laundry washer/dryer combo unit in the kitchen area. Nice wrap around balcony to chill out, street view so boring special to look at, but still a nice little spot to get out...

"This place is absolutely wonderful from the welcome, to the unique building itself, the apartment and especially the roof terrace and views! The building is in a vibrant part of the city with lots of bars and restaurants, and easy access to key tourist sites. Highly recommended!"
