Spotlessly clean, communications with property excellent, booked a private room which was comfortable and a good size for two of us. Shared space is open and airy, filtered water available. Plenty of showers/toilets/washing space. 24-hour launderette just across the street. Plenty of local places to eat (and shop!). Excellent
