"The hotel is in a beautiful setting. On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. "My son and I spent 3 days and 2 nights there, and we tried each of the restaurants. The food was great, and the swimming pools were very nice. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy — a game room, a VR room, and even a small cinema. We also booked some water activities with Star Marine. We definitely plan to come back again."

"The property is beautiful surrounded by a lush forest which brings around wildlife (including some monkeys that can be a bit invasive). The tram at Bunga Raya was really a pleasure, with smiles and warm hospitality. We do have to warn of the sand flies, which left my husband with over 60 bites on his back even after applying repellent (I on the other hand was never bothered much, as with other guests it was a hit or miss). "Spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff. Incredible food. Excellent location- walking distance to the food markets, Sunday markets, the ferry port and malls. Special mention again to all staff there- extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, thank you!"
