Ich habe es gerne alles unter einem Dach zu haben, Schwimmbad, Sauna, Massage, Restaurant und eine gemütliche Bar. Parkplätze gibt es genügend und sind umsonst.

Winziges Dachzimmer. Alte laute Holzböden. Bei jedem Schritt wackelt das Zimmer. Direkt nebenan ein Billardtisch u. Tischtennisplatte. Den ganzen Abend rennende u. schreiende Kinder a.d. Flur und Lärm vom Nebenraum. Morgens aufs Frühstück verzichtet, da eine ewig lange Schlange am buffet bis in den Frühstücksraum stand.

Déconnection

Hôtel situé au milieu de nul part. Idéal pour se déconnecter de l'extérieur. En effet, le réseau téléphonique ne passe pas et l'internet est lent... L'ambiance est rustique mais le confort est moderne. Le petit-déjeuner est pantagruélique. Néanmoins, mes bases en allemand m'ont été utiles car le personnel du restaurant ne s'exprime que dans cette lanque. Possibilité de parking sur place. Cependant, en cas d'arrivée tardive, le stationnement est relativement éloigné de l'entrée.

Die gesamte Einrichtung und Gestaltung des Außen- und Innenbereiches hat zum Forsthaus gepasst und war darauf abgestimmt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die ruhige Lage im Wald am Achterwasser ist großartig und zugleich ein guter Start für Ausflüge.

Manchmal hilft zuhören und ausreden lassen.

Personal hört dem Gast nicht zu, fährt direkt über den Mund Nachfragen stören nur bei der Arbeit geschehen an der Nachtrezeption, der Bar und beim Check-Out Frühstück Personal sehr zuvorkommend durch COVID-19 sehr aufwendig lange Wartezeit Zimmer war ok für eine Nacht

Keine Empfehlung

Leider keine Empfehlung von uns für das Hotel. Es liegt sehr einsam und weit ab von allen Orten. Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto muss über einen ca. 6 km langen Umweg erfolgen, da kein Übergang über die Bahnschienen existiert. Wir haben ein Superior-Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber was wir bekommen haben, hatte nichts mit dem Bild zu der Buchung zu tun. Stattdessen haben wir ein sehr einfaches Zimmer bekommen, 4 Sterne waren hierfür nicht angemessen. Die Sauna ist viel zu klein, maximal 6 Personen passen hinein. Wenn man am selben Tag die Sauna besuchen will, war das wegen Überbuchung nicht möglich. Kein Frühstücksbuffet wie beschrieben, sondern sehr stark reglementiertes und einfaches Frühstück, praktisch nur Aufschnitt und Brötchen. Beim 2. Gang wurde man unfreundlich behandelt und das Angebot war stark reduziert. Zimmer ohne Balkon und Kühlschrank, das ist keine gehobene Ausstattung, sondern Standardklasse. Das Personal war größtenteils sehr nett und bemüht, aber wir würden hier nicht mehr einkehren.

Schönes Forsthaus, ruhig gelegen im Wald mit einem sehr gutem gastronomischen Angebot! Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Freizeitangebot war ebenfalls sehr umfangreich. Leider waren während unseres Aufenthalts Bauarbeiten im Innenhof, sodass es morgens ziemlich laut war.

Das Superiorzimmer im Altbau entspricht nicht einer 4*-Kategorie. Zimmer nach Osten im EG sehr dunkel, da weit vorgezogenes OG und da dichter Bewuchs vor Terrasse mit mangelhaftem Ausblick. Insgesamt macht die Anlage einen weniger gepflegten Eindruck. Alletdings Frühstück lincl.Abfolge wg. Corona sehr ordentlicht, reichhaltig und gut. Lage und Nähr zum Meet und Binnensee Achtetwasser günstig.

SPA-Urlaub ohne SPA

Lage, Ambiente und Frühstück sind ausgezeichnet. Aber wir kamen nur am letzten Tag in den Pool und in die Sauna gar nicht. Das ist absolut hässlich, weil wir extra dafür gebucht hatten. Die zwei (leider verpassten) Info-Anrufe waren halbherzig - ebenso wie es ein Cocktail-Gutschein nicht wieder gut macht.

Negativ war, das es keine Möglichkeit gibt die Fahrräder unter zustellen. Stehen im Freien und sind so dem Wetter und evtl. des Diebstahls ausgesetzt. Des weiteren ist die Sauna viel zu klein angelegt. Zu bemängeln wäre noch das etwas schleppende abräumen des Geschirrs zum Frühstück. Ansonsten war das Ambiente des Hotels in Ordnung.

Das Personal ist zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und geduldig. Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist einmalig, Natur pur!! Für Hundebesitzer und Naturliebhaber perfekt! Durch tägliche Aktivitäten (Kanutouren, Bogenschießen,..) und die Nähe zu Karls Erlebnishof ist die Unterkunft auch für Kinder und "nicht Hundebesitzer" absolut attraktiv. Der Fahrradverleih -direkt am Hotel- ermöglicht entspannte Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
