The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were so kind and helpful and the food was a solid 10/10! Definitely worth the all inclusive package!!! The beach was nice but very rocky!

The hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff - especially in the restaurant. The only staff I found a bit annoying were the spa ladies who tried to sell you treatments right when you come out of the main restaurant. The treatment I had was okay but not really worth the money. We had swim-up rooms and unfortunately there were ants in my bathroom which should have been noticed by the cleaning staff. The rooms were okay but you could see tear and wear on the furniture which was a shame. The property with all the plants and trees is amazing. The gardeners do a fantastic job and it is a joy to walk around the property.

The hotel is really good if you are looking for attaraction, especially with the family members. City center is a 10 minutes drive, the sea was so windy so we could not enjoy it. The staff is nice and helpful

Great place for both families and couples

I took my mom out on a lovely summer holiday to Astir and we’d love to be back someday! The rooms were lovely, and so were the pools, the sea water was warm which is quite a change for us. The lunch staff knew our order by heart, and everyone we spoke to provided excellent service, from reception, to the bar staff and buffet waiters, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The food was pretty good, there’s options for everyone. We did expect there to be more fish on a regular basis, but when they did it was amazing. You’re catered for all meals if you have the all inclusive package which I’d recommend. We were pleasantly surprised with the entertainment, which we didn’t know we’d encounter! The entertainment team kept us going all day, from the water gymnastics class all the way to their shows after dinner, what a treat! They were all super lovely and made the time to speak to everyone they walked past throughout the day. The only not so positive element was the amount of children in general. I purposefully picked a hotel that didn’t seem to cater to babies and children that much but that didn’t seem to stop it being packed with families with young kids, specially around the pool entrances.

The hotel is beautiful, with lovely pools and great restaurants. The beach is nice but can be tricky due to stones. On our first day, it was too windy to swim, but the sea was calm and beautiful for the rest of our stay. Beyond the stones, the water is shallow and safe for kids, with no waves. Strong swimmers can enjoy deeper waters further out. The buffet offers a good variety of food( meat, fish, pasta, pizza, fruits, sweets and ice cream). There were enough chairs at the beach and pools( second week of September). The staff was exceptional—special thanks to Lucy at reception and Anita in the restaurant. I was disappointed by the room(580), as I booked a sea view but got a partial view. After raising the issue, I was offered a room change, but the process was inconvenient. I could change only the next afternoon and was without a room for a few hours). There was no compensation, even though see view is more expensive.However, Lucy’s kindness made it hard to stay upset. I gave 3 stars for location, as there's little to do nearby on foot, and taxis can be difficult, though driving or cycling to town is easy. There is a shower room in case you stay after check out, which is well organized and practical. The staff truly elevated our experience! Well done to all of them and to the management. They are all really customer oriented. The only minus is concerning the sofa-bed. Not comfortable at all - compared with many other sofa-bed from other resorts. I could not upload fotos here

The hotel was beautiful and had amazing service. The food was great and gave plenty of options. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. For an all inclusive holiday I literally couldn't guve any faults. The beach was small but nice enough. The sunset view was honesty gorgeous, we watched it evey night at the pool bar which was lovely.

Booked Sea View but Not All Are Sea View Rooms

Booked months in advance a sea view room however our room was a pool view of chaises and umbrellas and clearly should not be in the category of sea view. We also were half board but found the food to be o.k. We only dined 1 out of 7 nights at the hotel and chose restaurants in Kos. For the positives, our room itself was very nice and we were pleased. The bed was comfortable, pillows very good, shower had lots of hot water and did not vary in temperature. A/C worked very well. Wi Fi needs upgrading though.

Ein gelungener Urlaub in einer super gepflegten u sauberen Anlage! Das Personal war sowas von nett u dabei nicht aufdringlich, das essen war sehr vielseitig u die Pizza hervorragend!Der Getränkeservice am Pool war für uns purer Luxus-nur original Getränke. Wir werden definitiv nicht zum letzten mal hier gewesen sein !

Prachtig hotel, ruime en nette kamers. Het eten is lekker en toch gevarieerd (voor op zijn minst de periode van 1 week). Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Voldoende plaats ook aan de ligbedden.

Toll, aber mit Unvollkommenheiten (eher 4 Sterne)

Positiv: Essen hervorragend, riesige Anlage, viele Pools. Privatstrand. Meistens bekommt man eine Liege an Strand oder Pool. Sehr familienfreundlich, toller Kids Club. Staff sehr freundlich. Negativ: Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, keine 5 Sterne wert (Fön alt, Einrichtung alt, tv alt). Bett ist ok. Obwohl es gegen die Regeln ist, werden die Pool-Liegen von einigen Gästen reserviert. Die Liegen an sich sind auch in die Jahre gekommen. Die Familienzimmer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bühne, es wird bis 22:30 Entertainment geboten. Sicher toll für alle anderen, mit kleinen Kindern, die früher schlafen, nicht ideal.

Sehr weitläufige und gepflegte Anlage, etwas abseits gelegen, aber mit Bushaltestelle nach Kos-Stadt direkt vor der Tür. Sehr reichhaltige Speiseauswahl bei den Buffets, ausgezeichnete Qualität. Schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer (Executive Suite private Pool), toller Privatpool. Housekeeping, wie das gesamte Personal, stets sehr freundlich und bemüht. Umfangreiches Sportangebot, nettes Animationsteam. Bei den Liegen an den Pools und am Strand kann es zur Hauptreisezeit (bei uns war das Hotel Anfang August vollständig belegt) schon mal eng werden. Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Hotelanlage, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Schöne Lage am Meer. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen. Wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte , wird ein Auto benötigt oder man fährt mit dem Bus, der direkt vor dem Hotel hält.
