Staff was great… room wise could do some improvement as it feels rundown. Toilet was small. When check in and gone to the said level the lights on the floor were off… had to turn on our mobile phone lights to get to the our room.

Memorable stay

A beautiful little town nested in the valley. Really enjoyed using the private Onsen which was the highlight of our trip. A place to just relax and unwind. Perfect escape for mind and body.

最初はドアの鍵が開がなくフロントに行きスタッフに来て貰いコツがあるという事で対応させました。入ったらトイレの清掃がしていない状態でした。汚物がそのままありびっくりしました。その後部屋を変えて貰ったのですが部屋が寒くて温まるまでずいぶんかかりました。

1日目最悪、2日目はよかったです。

2泊しました。1日目は夜に暖房が切れ、フロントに電話してもつながらず、寒い思いをしました。食事も、ここを予約した自分を怒りたくなるようなものでした。でも2日めは、ボイラーが切れることもなく、食事も夕食朝食とも平均点を超えるもので、まるで違う宿に泊まったような印象です。食事会場のお嬢さん方は、人柄もよく、振る舞いもしっかり教育されていると思いました。温泉も良かったです。（階段を上がらないといけないので、足が不自由な人は入れませんが）。部屋から電車が見えるのは楽しかったです。 1日目がひどかったので、2日目のサービスを見越して泊まることはリスキーなので、また泊まることはないかなと思います。

従業員の方全てがとても穏やかで感じよかったです。テーブルや内装に清潔感を感じました。客室や食事処など、至る所にセンスを感じた分、大浴場(浴槽、歩く面、露天)は普通に感じてました。

スタッフの皆さん（警備の方も）が素晴らしいです。受付の女性の方が話しやすくてとても良かったです。食事も大変満足です。子供用の食事も想像を超えていて驚きました。（普通のお子様ランチ程度かと想定してました）小学生２人の子供たちも大満足でした。貸切風呂も気持ちよかったです。館内がキレイで安心して過ごせました。また必ず行くと思います。受付の方、覚えていてくれると嬉しいです。

お料理が素晴らしかったです。味も盛り付けも器も給仕も最高でした。 スタッフの方々も大変気持ち良いご対応で大変満足です。ただ、何のためなのかモーター音がうるさかったです。とても良い宿でしたので、余計残念です。ウェルカムドリンクの提供など工夫がみられます。
