Beautifully-maintained property. Very nice except the big bath on the 7th floor. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast too. Well done.

Staff was great… room wise could do some improvement as it feels rundown. Toilet was small. When check in and gone to the said level the lights on the floor were off… had to turn on our mobile phone lights to get to the our room.
A beautiful little town nested in the valley. Really enjoyed using the private Onsen which was the highlight of our trip. A place to just relax and unwind. Perfect escape for mind and body.
Lovely onsens on top floor, nice spacious warm change rooms, nice relaxing lobby/lounge area, exceptional dinner, traditional Japanese with a touch western fusion and nice helpful staff.
It was winter so it was cold to walk around, would love to come back Spring or Autumn
