"We had a pleasant stay overall. The service was excellent, very fast, and the staff were always responsive to our requests. The sea and swimming pool were very clean, as were the towels, jacuzzi areas, and Turkish bath. The food was varied, generous, and generally delicious. There are, however, a few details that could be improved. We stayed for a week, and the room could have been cleaner. There were some stains and dirt on the floor, and unfortunately, clumps of hair under the curtains remained there throughout our stay. We also occasionally noticed an unpleasant smell in some cups and plates. The hotel has very good facilities and excellent service. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality."

"Excellent Stay at Megasaray Antalya We had a wonderful stay at Megasaray Antalya. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. The all-inclusive experience was excellent, especially the food. There was a huge variety of dishes to choose from, with plenty of options for every taste. We really enjoyed the quality and selection of food throughout our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, the cleanliness, the food, and the great all-inclusive concept. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend Megasaray Antalya to others. We would happily come back again!"

When our son needed medical attention, he went out of his way to help us. He kindly wrote a note in Turkish for us so that we could find the nearest hospital. This was extremely helpful, especially during a stressful moment when we were worried about our son. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant a lot to our family. Even though we don’t know his name, we hope the hotel knows exactly who we mean — the wonderful white-haired gentleman at reception. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. We truly appreciate it and will never forget it."
