Week-long stay in apartment unit

We had a nice stay in one of the hotels apartment units with kitchen and living room. At first the kitchen had absolutely zero kitchenware and the internet did not work, which was frustrating. But Mr. Adem and others were very helpful in getting everything resolved. At the end we had a nice comfortable stay. For us the sights in the old-city were walkable - about 25 minutes. And there were enough restaurants behind the hotel. So the location worked well for us.

Highly recommend this place

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was new, luxurious and our room was large and spacious for my wife and I and my mum. The bathroom was gorgeous with a rain showerhead, fluffy towels. The staff were simply amazing. Very friendly. Went out of their way to make us comfortable. Gave us free bottles of water anytime and breakfast was amazing. Only feedback is tissues in the bathroom amd maybe a washer towel? The location was not the greatest, but it was only $2 to 3 Australian dollars for a taxi to the main sites. We would stay here again. Highly recommend. Thank you. Ali room 104 stayed 19 to 21st June 17.

Recommended; cost-efficient, clean, good staff

Modern and clean hotel. Staff willing to assist. Although the entrance was at 14:00, housekeeping prepared our room quickly, as we arrived at 12 o'clock. Taxi is difficult in Konya but reception was helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant or room service because the kitchen is closed in the evening. However, it is reasonable as it is an off-season period. There are enough restaurants around the hotel. It was also close to shopping centers. If you choose one of the rooms facing the main street and want to sleep with the window open. The passing sounds of cars can be a little disturbing. Overall we were satisfied. We will choose it when we come to Konya again. We also recommend the Paşapark Selçuklu Hotel again.

Very bad receptionist

I stayed at the hotel with my family for one night, it wasn't bad. But when I was leaving the hotel I asked the receptionist to call a taxi for us I was shocked to hear the receptionist speaking to the taxi driver in Turkish (the language I fairly know) and asking him not to open the meter and to take a big amount of money from us because -according to the receptionist- we have a lot of Money!!!!!! It was terrible to hear how he advising other people to unfairly take money from us. I will never come back to this hotel and I advise everyone not to go there

Stay away from this hotel!!!

This hotel have very very bad manager. He don't care about complains and very rude. This is not family friendly hotel. No baby crib and baby chair. Food very very bad you can't call it breakfast. Cleaning very bad in room and very dirty floors in room. Very very old. No car parking it is always hard to get a space because there are wedding every day. Mosque very close so you can hear pray all time also at night. No light in rooms and cool water in shower. Climate not working in room only some time. Elevator always full and smell of drain in the room. Book another hotel you will regret this one like I did.

(Bed) Sleep and Go only!!!!

1- at check-in they provided porter service to carry our bags but in check-out they refused to provide the same service!! Very strange!!! 2- they don't provide secured car parking (the car parking in the basement is closed). The parking which is provided is the only public car parking in the front or back of the hotel. 3- poor housekeeping .. it is very normal when you backed to your rented apartment you see it not cleaned well!! 4- i faced noisy nights!! Loud music i don't know from where comed! + street, cars and train noise But in the other hands, 1- apartment well equipped and renewed 2- closed to the centre around 5-7 mins by car , 3 mins from shopping mall and just steps from lively street.

Otelin konforu, konumu, temizliğinde hic bir sıkıntı yaşamadık aile ile kalmak icin gayet genis ve konforluydu. Tek sıkıntımız kahvaltı dahil şeklinde oda satın almamıza rağmen tadilat dolayısıyla kahvalti olmadığı söylendi.

Otel konum olarak oda yapısı olarak çok güzeldi konforluydu. Otel de bir tadilat söz konusu olduğu için bodrum katlar inşaat halinde. Ben hotels.com dan oda + kahvaltı olarak 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk olarak rezervasyon yaptırdım fakat otel inşaat halinde olduğu için kahvaltı hizmeti olmadığını otelde öğrendim. Yani sadece oda hizmeti almış olduk. Kahvaltı için ödediğimiz ücret iadesini hotele.com da talep edeceğim.
