Support on the phone was great since our registration online was not completed. They gave us codes for our rooms. However, the address was confusing because the address does not take you to the "real"entrance. GPS takes you to the back of the building where the 2 doors were closed with no explanation about how to get to rooms. The phone help was promt but could not figure out were we were even with the GPS photo. They were responsive till we were in. Did not help that is a dark street and was raining. One of us went to check around the corner and found the signage on the 3rd floor. Elevator did not work for 2 of the codes, only the main guest code worked for the elevator. Parking is off and down the street, but walking in a dark street and in the rain was absolutelly ridiculous, so we took the chance and parked around the corner. There's no lobby so there was no way to unload the car and let the people be safe or out of the rain.The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure but drainage was poor on my room. The other 2 rooms were ok. There was no soap or bath mat and there was mold on the corner of the shower, so it looked like the shower was not serviced. Is a decent place for the price, just advise you not to arrive in the dark or with heavy luggage if you have to walk 3 floors to your room or from the parking. If the check in included pictures or specific instructions about how to get to the rooms, I would be helpful.

Zimmer sind schön dekoriert und sauber, Hotel nah am Bahnhof, gratis Parkplätzte in der Nähe. Es gibt ein Klub (Musik) im Gebäude, Samstag Abend es ist ein bisschen laut.

Unterkunft für junge Leute.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist speziell - direkt über Clubs und Konzerthalle. Entsprechend laut. Service und Personal gibt es nicht. Es ist nach meinem Verständnis auch kein Hotel, sondern nur eine Vermietung von Zimmern. Zimmer sind modern und neu. Aber im Sommer sehr warm und stickig. Für junge Partygänger geeignet.

Das einzig Gute war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Das Putzteam leistet jeden Tag ganze Arbeit. Die Zimmer liegen aber oberhalb eines Clubs, der mehrmals die Woche Musik bis spät in die Nacht spielt. Wir hatten uns schon gewundert, warum jeder Ohrstöpsel auf seinem Nachttisch liegen hat. Ab 23.00 wussten wir es dann!!! Wir hatten ein Frühstück dazu gebucht. Da es keine Rezeption oder einen Frühstücksraum gab, mussten wir die Hotline des Hotels anrufen, wo wir am nächsten Tag denn frühstücken können (die Information bekommt man nicht vorab). Es hieß, wir können für die 18.50€ pro Person, die wir gezahlt hatten, im nahe gelegenen Café von der Speisekarte im Wert von 18.50€ bestellen. Wozu buche ich dann ein Frühstück dazu??? Da kann ich ja gleich ins Café gehen. Auch das war nirgends auf der Hotelseite ersichtlich! Zusammengefasst: wir reisen viel, aber so was haben wir zum Glück vorher noch nie erleben müssen!
