"Booked because of the hotel shuttle to the airport and didn't read the fine print that the shuttle has to be booked 48 hours prior. When I tried to call the hotel from the airport I could never get the English translation although I kept pressing the correct number for it. Wound up taking a taxi to the hotel and was able to book the shuttle for the morning. Everything else was perfect, clean, modern. I appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom, as we found they are not readily available in other hotels in Denmark."

"The floor wasn’t that clean, and it would be really helpful if they can replace the soap dishes in the shower room with an actual dish that can hold small vanity items. Every thing else is quite pleasant, room is nice and big and I love the big window that opens for a refresher of air"

"The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience."

"One of THEE worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. On my deathbed they'll ask me my greatest regret and I'll say staying a night at The Best Western Plus in Copenhagen, Denmark. There was no climate control in room. I could not cool it down if I wanted to. There was no refrigerator in the room which I NEEDED to keep my insulin cool I had to keep getting ice from the front desk staff. There were like 23 TV channels all in Dutch which I could not speak. Two of the lamp light bulbs were burned out. There was a shoe box size closet to put things away. The mattress was really thin sitting on a springy box mattress. The hotel was no where near any bar/nightlife. I will say the food in the restaurant was very good but there was no free breakfast for paying guests. My advice anyone looking to stay in Copenhagen avoid this hotel like a case of the Clap."
