"Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!"

We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. "The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and highly informative throughout our stay. The cafeteria offered an excellent variety of food choices, all of which were enjoyable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the view from the room was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family."

"The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places...
