"Was not impressed with this facility. I was going to cancel the second reservation I had after my first stay, but then had to keep it after I noticed it was non-refundable. I definitely won't be coming back. "C'était un sejour merveilleux!! Le confort absolu de la chambre et le service impeccable de l'ensemble du personnel !! Il ya tellement de petites attentions que l'on a l'impression d'être des personnes exceptionnelles. On a une vue imprenable sur pretoria et l'union building depuis la terrasse depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel. Dans un quartier très calme mais pas besoin de sortir le soir , le restaurant propose une splendide carte avec des mets savoureux et de très bon cocktails ! "

"Good hotel, didn’t give the room 5/5 but only 4/5 because of a whining/whistling sound throughout the whole night that stopped me from sleeping well. That and the AC temperature couldn’t be reduced below 18C. Otherwise can’t fault the hotel for anything."

"We were treated like royalty by the owners, the staff is excellent and very attentive and helpful, the property is wonderful, like a museum, with the most exquisite paintings and other works of art, a beautiful garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is perfect, quiet, safe and close to Brooklyn Mall and restaurants. "Great location for my visit, close proximity to schools and university. Rene is an extremely attentive and friendly host and check in/check were a breeze. Room was quite dated and full of furniture cluttered, but everything worked."

"Overnight stay - arrived after lunch and left before 10am. Pools were too cold to swim but looked great with lots of communal areas and fun things for kids. Restaurant closed on Tuesdays - so we walked to the nearest bar and had a few ice cold beers and 'fast food' for next to nothing. Restaurant open for breakfast - excellent service, food quality and price - we had a pancake stack (flapjacks as they call them) - delicious. Overall in need of a little refurbishment but for what we paid, and...
