So wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, Lage einfach perfekt, Essen super gut, Blick auf Meer Traumhaft schön..... nur das Hotel könnte so einige Zimmer eine renovierung mal gebrauchen.

Mittelmäßig aus dem Grund, weil das Personal nur das aller nötigste gesprochen hat und es sehr oft keinen Augenkontakt gab. Ich habe es als neuer „polnischer Charme“ bezeichnet. Der Zimmerservice war schlecht. Wir wussten im Vorfeld nicht dass keine Betten gemacht werden und der Handtücher-Austausch erst über zwei Beschwerden an der Rezeption erfolgte. Auch das dass Schwimmbad und die Sauna pro Tag nur für 1,5 Stunden genutzt werden konnten. Das Haus punktet durch sein Strandnähe! I.Sittmann

Das Hotel hat viel zu bieten, neben Aquapark, Sauna, Disco, Fitnessraum etc., liegt es quasi direkt am Strand, neben der Seebrücke. Unser Hotelzimmer wirkte sauber und man hatte dort alles was man eben braucht. Snackautomaten im Flur, liefern Kaffee und eben Snacks für ziwschendurch. Der Aquapark hat genau die richtige Größe und salziges Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eben Geschmackssache aber bietet reichlich Auswahl. Zum Service, wie gewohnt nicht besonders frwundlixh. Leider hat man das aber auch nirgends anders außer in einem bestimmten Restaurant gehabt. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel, wir kommen gern wieder!

Die Zimmern sind alle veraltet. Die Badezimmer sind Rostanfällig. Esszimmer bzw. für Morgenessen zu klein für die Menge von Leuten. Man musste warten und schnell essen. Sobald alles fertig musste man schon wieder platz für die anderen machen. Personal soweit freundlich, aber wollen nicht viel diskutieren, winken alles ab.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnte sehr gut deutsch. Der duschkopf war undicht, als wir es an der Rezeption meldeten wurde es sofort behoben. Frühstück war ausreichend. Der blick beim Frühstück auf die ostsee ist umwerfend. Der welnessbereich ist schön groß und drei Saunen vorhanden. Kurzum Wir waren zufrieden

Świetne miejsce, polecam. Dobre jedzenie, świetna obsługa, bliskość do morza :) Wieczorami rzeczywiście słychać nocne życie ale nam to w ogóle nie przeszkadzało. Jedyny minus, to okropny dywan w pokoju, nadaje się zdecydowanie do wymiany. Poza tym malutkim minusikiem pobyt uważam za udany i chętnie tam wrócę.

Service war okay , Zimmer eher eine Katastrophe

Um zu dem Hotel zugelangen musste man über den Parkplatz mit dem Auto. Leider spricht der Wärter kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch und schreit einen nur an ohne das man versteht was er will. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte gut Deutsch und war auch sehr nett weil sie uns einen Parkplatz ausserhalb nannte. Das Zimmer war leider nicht das welches wir gebucht hatten denn wir erhielten nur ein 2 Bett Zimmer mit einem kleinen Zustellbett statt wie gebucht ein 3 Bettzimmer, es fehlten alle Handtücher und Hygieneartikel auf dem Zimmer. Das Zustellbett war nicht mehr benutzbar da es bereits so kaputt und durchgelegen war das die Matraze schon Löcher hatte und man deshalb auf den Boden schlafen musste. Im Hotel selbst konnte man nur gegen Gebühr auf die Toilette gehen wenn man nicht gerade zum Zimmer zurück rennen wollte. Das Schwimmbad war nur nutzbar wenn man noch eingebucht war aber da dieses sehr früh schließt und sehr spät öffnet ist es für Gäste die nur eine Nacht bleiben unmöglich das wahrzunehmen ausser man bezahlt nochmal zusätzlich Eintritt. Für das Frühstück musste man teilweise recht lange warten und es wirkte alles recht beengt aber für Corona war das Hygiene konzept gut durchdacht.

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub. Die Mitarbeiter/Innen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hygienemaßnahmen wurden sehr gut umgesetzt, z.B.desinfizieren der Tische beim Frühstück. Das Frühstücksbüfett war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, der perfekte Start in den Tag.

Klimat jak na wczasach w PRL

Senatorium w super miejscu, tuż przy plaży i blisko portu. Bardzo dobre śniadanie w restauracji z widokiem na morze. Niestety klimat psuje mało uprzejma obsługa, której daleko do standardów europejskich. Mało miejsc parkingowych więc trzeba szukać parkingu w okolicy.

Znakomita lokalizacja i wspaniały widok z okna rekompensują wszelkie niedogodności (ale nie było ich dużo). Jedzenie w hotelu bardzo dobre, warto dodatkowo wykupić posiłki, które nie są wliczone w cenę. Wstęp na basen solankowy jest darmowy dla gości hotelu. Jedyne minusy to nierówny beton wokół hotelu, utrudniający przejście z walizką oraz fakt, że dwa razy zgłaszałam w recepcji zepsuty leżak.

Could use some wormth upon arrival and check-out.

I consider as very unfortunate that I have not been aware of the need to book parking at the hotel in advance and after a long trip I was sent away from the hotel parking lot to look for parking somewhere near, which was almost impossible at this time of the summer season. The rooms facing the park are nothing special and miss the romance of the rooms overlooking the sea.

Bardzo dobrze ale...

Wszystko było wg opisu, czyli bardzo dobrze. Dwie male uwagi: pierwsza- parking bardzo mały, wiec dla Nas jak i dla wszystkich meldujacych sie ludzi tego dnia pozostalo szukac parkingu ok 300-700 m od hotelu, pierwszy raz spotkalam sie z taka sytuacjar aby nie bylo mozliwosci zaparkowania auta przy hotelu, a druga to wymeldowanie bylo do godz 11 , ale juz o 10:20 bylo pukanie do drzwi przez sprzataczke oraz chwile później przez Pana ktory chcial zabrac dostawke...hmm...troszkę szybciej chcieli chyba Nas sie pozbyc:) jednak to tylko male uwagi a cala reszta super. Polecam

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, was allerdings auch an unseren Zimmern mit Meerblick lag. Diese hatten aber auch ihren Preis. Womit wir gleich beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind. Dieses ist unserer Meinung nach nicht in Ordnung. In den Zimmern ist einiges reparaturbedürftig. Im Bad waren Halterungen für Handtücher und Toilettenrolle lose.(sowas müsste man doch bei der Reinigung der Zimmer sehen?). Beim Duschen hatte man keinen Wasserdruck. Die absolute Katastrophe war das Frühstück. Massenabfertigung. Als erstes kann man von Glück reden, wenn man einen Tisch bekommt. Kaffee war nur an Automaten zu bekommen, man musste dafür Schlange stehen. Wer nicht nur eine Tasse trinkt, hatte das Vergnügen dann mehrmals. Wenn man nicht gerade HP gebucht hatte, war es abends nach 18.00 Uhr nicht möglich im Restaurant zu essen.

Na przywitanie szok.pani z recepcji nie chciala nas wpuścić na teren hotelu samochodem gdyż nie mieliśmy rezerwacji parkingu.nigdy wczesniej nie musialam rezerwowac parkungu o bylo miejsce a tu brak.
