"It was a roomy sleeping room; however, due to the vicinity of the freeway noisy. The bed was comfortable, yet the ac could only be turned down to 67. We chose this hotel because of their stated availability of a hot tub. It was out of service. The front desk called the sister property 1/2 mile away and we could use theirs. Yet that was not our intent when we chose this higher priced hotel. We also were surprised that breakfast was NOT included, as it stated on the app made to order."

"Convenient to Zion. Great pool and hot tub area. Bbq grills if you choose to use, they have tongs ketchup mustard etc in the office. Great sunset and star gazing opportunity."

"Nice clean new place to stay It’s about 20 minutes outside Springdale and away from the hustle and bustle of that town. We did not mind the drive at all to get to Springdale. Rooms were clean, breakfast the same as all Fairfield hotels. Pool was outside and very nice area to relax in the chairs in the shade. Workout room was new and clean. Overall, a very nice place to stay, I highly recommend it. "
