Unloading a car was difficult since all the parking at the front of the hotel is taken. Hotel parking is approx 1.5 blocks away. The room was nice and the balcony looks over the ferry docks. "We booked Blue Hug Apartment expecting comfort and good service, but it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The listing promised a daily housekeeper — this was a complete lie. In reality, the housekeeper came only once every 3 days. During our stay, we didn’t even have basic necessities like towels or toilet paper. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and the shower head was placed so low that only small children could use it comfortably. The room was extremely small, with no hangers to store clothes. Overall, the property description was misleading, the service was poor, and the lack of basic amenities made everything worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"What a great find! The studio rooms we had were excellent - very comfortable bed, fluffy towels, very modern bathroom and a small kitchenette. We also had a balcony. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The pool was also great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
