"Buildings are old with little upkeep. Trash being stored behind pool and volleyball area behind mesh wall. Breakfast food is the same every day and boring. Food is not warm. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old.
Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore.
The only the hotel has going for it is location. Would not recommend to anyone.

Water doesn’t drain properly so every time you use the toilet you have to walk through a puddle. Sheets and towels were clean, although you do have to pay a deposit to get a towel at all. Je devais avoir un hébergement de 70 mètres carré qui n’en faisait pas plus de 40. Le personnel était rarement sur place en soirée.

"This Hotel is absolutely garbage the pictures are fake, the breakfast is very poor and limited, the pool was green and dirty, the beach was filled with garbage. The patio and beach furniture were old and ripped, falling apart.
My wife almost broke her ankle walking from the Tuk Tuk to the hotel which is not even safe for a donkey, no lights on the so-called pathway many loose rocks and pot holes, which makes it a safety concern for those walking from the road to the resort. There also was no hot water our entire stay, no TV in the room. I will be asking for a refund from Hotels.com when we return home unfortunately I could not uploaded any pictures to show but I have lots of pictures and videos "
