"We had an amazing stay at the frangipani villa, which is one of the Zog villas. The staff was super helpful and was able to accommodate all our requests. The managers Ms M and Ms Chonny were prompt in their responses and they made special arrangements for my birthday celebration at the villa, including a private chef . "We went there as a family and they were very accommodating, so friendly, each room has its own water heater which is a plus, once I got a hang on why my water heater kept clicking off (can happen to those water heaters) it was smooth sailing from there, nice reception, nice staff all around.
