"The staff are friendly polite and wonderful. Very welcoming and always helpful. The room is cleaned well at all times. The breakfast is really good with a a great variety. There are an enormous amount of stairs as would be expected from a resort built on a cliff but the shuttle from the foyer to your room area make it significantly easier. The waterfall pool and swim up bar are amazing and we spent a lot of time there."

"While the twin rooms were a little small, very nice bathroom, the view to the pool was great with nice size balcony, Nice to have option of 4 pools with various happy hour times. great breakfast options everything you would want, would stay at this hotel again for sure"

"Beautiful hotel from every corner! Respectful staff. No problems at all! You are welcomed with an icy roselle juice and cold wet cloth to cool you down! Hotel provides everything there from 3 different pools, different cultural foods, spas, and painting sessions. Would go back!"

"Absolutely adored this hotel. The staff were excellent and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The food and drinks were excellent and are also very reasonably priced AND orderable from anywhere in the hotel. My only gripe for the entire experience was that the gym equipment was ancient. Otherwise, I absolutely loved it"
