They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. "I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river!
