Without speaking Japanese, the staff assigned me my room quickly, and replaced a room key I left in the room. The room cleaning was thorough. Everything worked. I would stay at this hotel again.

However, during my stay, I noticed that other hotels in the city center were also offering competitive rates. So, if I have to make the same choice next time, I would likely opt for a hotel in the city center instead.”

The staff spoke enough english for us to be able to communicate with my very limited Japanese. The hotel look is a little dated but still very clean, washing machines however are in the parking lot on the side of the building.

朝食が安くて健康的で美味しいので毎回利用させていただいてます！ 施設自体は古めですが、兵庫駅から歩いて３分程度、また、山側へ歩いても同じ距離に地下鉄の駅もあり三宮駅へのアクセスも便利です。 洗面室の扉のドアが開ける際に取れたことは驚きましたが笑、丁寧にお詫びされました。 これからも使わせていただきます！

スタッフはとても丁寧な対応です。お部屋は設備は古いものの綺麗に清掃されてます。朝食は、豪華ではないですが品数も多く美味しくいただきました。 エアコンはコントロールが効きにくいのか少し残念でした。 気になったのは、ドアがロックされにくく、たただ閉めただけではオートロックされません。閉めた後押してオートロックされたことを確認しないとロックされてない状態になりました。注意が必要な点です。 それ以外は、駅からも近く満足できるホテルです。
