Out of all the hotels we have been on are trip this was one of the best one the bed was so comfortable i wish i could have stayed there longer

Hotel is situated across the street from kobe station. Hotel room was spacious and clean with a large bed. The rooms have a modern decor. I did not have any issues with the wifi, it was pretty fast considering it was opened to the public. Would stay with again if im back in the area.

Nice room, good breakfast, fair price, especially because there is the fireworks event going on, also the reason we were there. Short walk to harbor land, 2 minutes walk from the station.

This hotel is right around the corner from the JR station. Very conveniently located near Harbor Place, the waterfront, the subway, bus hub, cab stand and the western end of Mashimoto shotengai, providing a long but covered walk all the way to the bustling hub of Sannomiya. Very affordable, very quiet, and if you ask for an upper floor, it provides some lovely urban views. JR station has a full grocery store, several convenience stores and quick dining options, and a shopping arcade. Below ground, you can walk all the way to the mall at Harborplace, which has a cinema and many upscale stores. Waterfront dining and dining cruises available right below the fabulous Ferris wheel. You will need to take local transit if you wish to take the Shinkansen (bullet train) out of Kobe, but it’s very simple to get around town Recommend taking some hikes up in the hills, particularly the waterfall trail from the Shinkansen station, and food paths up to the Venus bridge for spectacular views over the city and harbor.

The staff was nice, property close to the Kobe train station and Harborland. But the "nonsmoking" room smelled like smoke the entire time we stayed, which was 3 days. Our clothes in our luggage smelled like smoke after we left. I'm assuming the smoke from the smoking rooms travel through the vents and throughout the hotel. The staff said they could spray our room with chemicals to neutralize the odor, but they said no one could be in our room while they did that and none of our party of 5 all left the room for a significant period of time for them to do that. And i wouldn't be comfortable having chemicals sprayed all over our stuff anyway! Because of this, i would not recommend this hotel. The smell made it uncomfortable for all of us.

We stayed in the hotel for almost 2 weeks. Around that time, my mom got sick due to the former hotel we stayed in after our arrival in Japan. But Centurion hotel was different. The Japanese staff, both reception and cleaning crew were all accommodating, helpful, respectful, diligent, and caring. Their service was amazing. They let us stay in the dining area while we waited till check-in time starts as we arrived very early and rooms were not ready yet. They even prepared the sofa bed before our arrival which made it easier for my brother as he was the one using it. I was hoping that the refrigerator was big, but too small to fit everything. We did manage to make it useful though. When we needed for extra blankets, towels and other toiletries, they brought them right away. When we had to bring mom in the hospital, they helped us get a cab, taught us how to communicate with the driver, and asked us if we need anything for mom after we got back. The laundry is available too. The reception staff offered to exchange my coins for laundry. The downside of the hotel is the ice maker which is only available at 3rd floor. I have to keep coming back and forth on the elevator to fetch some. Well, we only needed the ice for cooling my mom's body when she was having high fever. Other than that, everything is excellent. We will book with them again. Konbinis are everywhere, even few steps from the building. Kobe Station is across the street. (Mar 20 - Mar 31, 2023)

Right next to Kobe station, many things are walkable or an easy ride away but the area right around the station is nice and chill. Would recommend!

Good location but dirty carpet needs replacing
The hotel is in a good location and the staff was friendly but the carpet had horrible stains that look like blood. Other than the stain it was good.

The property is clean, which is what I really like... ....and the only thing I don't like when I stay here is that there is only a small window, that does not let in sun light, so you can only have artificial light.

Fantastic location close to Kobe station and shopping streets. Nice food nearby also. The room was spacious and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. And it was good to be able to control the room temperature.

It was very convenient to the railway station. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage for us after we checked out while we did a day trip to a close location. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and more spacious than others we had been in while staying in Japan. Would stay here again.

Wish we could stay longer!
Reception was so kind and gave us an upgrade. Our room was very large by Japanese standard. The bed was big and very comfortable. The ambiance was great. Wish we could stay longer. Next time in Kobe, we definitely will stay again.
