"The photos in the listing are very misleading compared to reality. The so-called lake is actually a swamp, and there is no beach access. The WiFi never worked despite repeated promises that it would be fixed "in 15 minutes." Since cell reception is also poor, this is not a suitable place for remote work. "Bra frukost som väljs ur meny. Väldigt bra snorkling direkt från hotellet. Lite ont om stolar vid stranden då det är hög beläggning. Vi har bott i båda ändar av den långa stranden men föredrar helt klart Thapwarin, om man föedrar lugnet! Kommer vi till Koh Ngai igen kommer vi bo här."

"I chose the more expensive bungalow thinking it was detached but wasn't and noise travelled through walls easily. Didn't spoil my stay as neighbours weren't too noisy. It was away across the road from the beach resort so not great if you have children, as unlike the beach bungalows the children couldn't just pop in and out due to the road.
