Terrible experience with LantaWhiterock. As other reviewers have experienced, our booking was also cancelled a few days before despite us booking months prior. Eventually, with the help of hotels.com, we were put up in another hotel nearby. Terrible hotel that overbooks and then cancels at the last minute when finding alternative accommodation is hard. Would not recommend.

Very poor service

This hotel cancelled our booking, 3 rooms, 3 days before we were due to arrive saying there had been a mistake with the booking although we had booked and paid 4 months before. At first they wanted us to take a refund but on our insistence they found us alternative accommodation which was totally unacceptable, a much lower standard than we originally booked. We eventually arranged our own accommodation. Do not trust this resort, they were not helpful and made the first part of our holiday in Thailand very stressful. Altogether disappointing and unacceptable
