"All depends on what you are looking for. This resort has most of the needed facilities to be classified 4 or even 5 stars if things were working properly. The hotel has obviously cut down on all expenses and run things with a strict budget. it is a huge property with very nice bungalows and rooms (didn't visit rooms). 3 connecting pools and one separate. no lights in the pools unfortunately, which is more fun for night swims, but still, you can swim anytime without time restriction. "While on my trip to Thailand I booked this hotel. After my day trip to Phi Phi Island, the excursion company dropped me off at a dock situation. In the poring rain and dark I was all alone going to this hotel. A little wet nasty tug boat took me on a 10 min ride to the other side where a pick up truck arrived from the hotel to get me.
