"We stayed at the property in July 2019 for the first night of a 9 day trip to Phuket. We were expecting to move into another accommodation, but our kids liked being at Nonnee so much, we stayed almost our entire time in the area at the property. It was low season- and we had the property much to ourselves, but it was great. It's a short motorbike to Kata, Kata Noi or Karon beaches & the Kata Night Market. "The hostel has good location (3 minutes from the beach). The place was clean. However, the breakfast was really weak (butter, jam and white toast bread) no fruits at all. Tea/coffee/cacao is free of charge full day but there was no possibility to refill the water. I think the price was too high but depends what you are looking for. "

"This is a great party hotel. Staff are very accommodating and super friendly. The food is great and music is really good too! I was there on business, so didn't get much chance to party. The only thing I would ask is that I had a fridge in my room. Aside from that, everything was great. "A wonderful good value place to stay in Phuket. The owner was so flexible and helpful when we had to make last minute changes to our itinerary due to cancelled flights, and it was so easy to make ferry bookings to visit the islands through them. They have WiFi, are centrally located right in downtown, and the rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!"

"J'ai passé un séjour très agréable à l'ananas phuket hostel. L'Hostel est très bien situé à côté du terminal de bus et pas loin de Rassada pier (pour aller sur les îles). Je suis arrivé le soir et le gérant m'a réservé mon trajet en bateau pour le lendemain matin et m'a emmener. L'accueil est super et le couple de propriétaires est aux petits soins. Je vous recommande cet Hostel et j'y retournerai!"

"Wanted a cheap stay as I flew in late night from the US and was leaving the next morning for Krabi. This hostel was fine for what it was. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The shower was fine. The mattress was too firm, almost hard. The location doesn't have much around except a few random restaurants and such. They have some chairs in front and I noticed people sitting around but didn't appear to social. ANyway, it was fine for what it was but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay...

"We are on day 20 of a 30 day Asian vacation and fortunate to have the Amari for 7 of those days. Upgrade to the club level. It’s worth the extra money. The pool that is shown in the marketing is the club pool and only available if you upgrade. There are two other pools but neither of them are as nice as the club level pool. There is a happy hour every day with free food and drinks. In addition, there is a private gym and restaurant, only for club level members. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Don’t worry about the buggies and getting around the property, we never waited more than a few minutes to get up and down the hill. For the money, the Amari is a home run. Luxury at the fraction of the cost in a similar property in the US. It’s a short walk in to town, or take a tuk-tuk for $6. There was always one waiting at the lobby. There are two other pools, an amazing Italian restaurant and room service was great. The people working here bend over backward to make sure everything is just right. Thank you Amari!"
