"Beautiful stay. Amazing view and very clean and well kept. A little dated in some areas but hardly worth mention. We did splurge to stay here though. Quite pricey. Probably can’t stay again. Too expensive. But nice stay"

"Check in was seamless, counter staff very friendly. We prepaid breakfast when booking, great deal as we could order anything off the brekky menu, the eggs Benny was the best I’ve ever ordered. The room was very quiet and as expected, the tv was larger than usual in a hotel. Loved the waterfront location and it was across the street from Prospera Place which had an event we were attending. We would book there again! "

"Very polite and courteous staff at reception desk and at breakfast. The room had a great binder with helpful information for your stay that included a TV channel guide which avoided wasted time flipping through channels "

"The room was clean and very well presented with microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and tv. Plus free plastic Duck, which was amusing as I collect Air Force Ducks. I will definately use Accent Inns again. Breakfast was by way of a voucher redeemable at a restaurant next door which had an option of a ten dollar credit against any menu choice instead of the set breakfast. Which is ideal."

"Very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The bathroom was very small with a very low toilet. Also the lighting was very poor. Otherwise we were very pleased with our room. "

"Overpriced hotel for what you get. Rooms were clean but outdated, and you could hear doors closing and people in the hall way. Pool was a basic pool. No breakfast included. Prices should be lowered to match the hotel aesthetics and amenities. Sandman beside the hotel was priced at a better price point with same amenities and updated rooms."

"Restaurant had fantastic food but not very good service, had to ask for water. Again, food is fantastic! Watched the staff have a great reunion with some friends for awhile after we finished. One guest next to us just got up and went to the counter and asked for the bill. However the food was awesome! We finally gave up and went to the counter too. First time in years that I didn’t add a tip on. But the food is incredible!"
