"On arrival we went and check in. We are notified that we’ve been upgraded to an apartment which in itself sounded good. They had failed to book the car park that I booked earlier in the day after being prompt by what if I’m entering the room? There were no snacks skew Ott. There was only normal tea no herbal teas. I rang Reception and they offered that I could go down and get some biscuits and then thought better off it and said I can drop some off so that was good but only two packs of biscuits and we’re in there for two nights and they were two of us so I thought that was a bit mean next day. Our beds weren’t made. I expected the bed to be made but then when I looked on the rules for the apartment side then the rooms are serviced once a week to me. That’s not an upgrade. If your bed isn’t made every day traffic noise affected my partner so getting to sleep was a bit staying asleep with a bit of bit difficulty so maybe double glazing would help there. "

"Bathroom was dirty with mould I asked 3 times on our stay to have someone clean it or get me the products to clean as I have an allergy. other than towel and bin change they didnt attempt to clean the mould. I will not be staying again "

"The cleaner kept taking my soap when it had only been used for one night which is wasteful but then foegot to replace it. I tried to use the phone to call and ask for a replacement but it didn't work, so I had to go down to reception with three staff who could see I was waiting but left me for several minutes. Bad customer service equals no repeat visits and I thought it was expensivw for the age of the property"

"Parking was easy. Great location, amongst the shops and cafes. The male staff member who checked us in was wonderful, so friendly and with great recommendations. Would stay here again."
