Mitten im Hunsrück gelegen bietet die Unterkunft einen guten Startpunkt für Ausflüge an der Nahe und der Mosel. Die Möbel, zumindest in unserem Zimmer, waren schon recht alt (unmodern) aber gut in Schuss und zweckmäßig. Die Badezimmertür ist als Glassschiebetür ausgeführt und verheimlicht nichts. Ein Wanderrucksack steht im Zimmer für spontane Wanderslust zur Verfügung. Der Saunabereich ist modern angelegt (ich habe nur einen kurzen Blick hinein geworfen). Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine schöne Auswahl, war appetitlich angerichtet und alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr lecker und auf einem gehobenen Standard. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr angenehmes Haus

Super freundlicher, Chef! Hervorragendes Essen schon lange nicht mehr so gut gespeist. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber fein und es werden Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Das Zimmer hat keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher – was zu einem vier Sterne Hotel dazugehört! Das Zimmer war auch keine 30 Quadratmeter groß, sondern knapp 23m². Es sei denn der Balkon wurde dazu gerechnet – was normalerweise auch nicht der Fall ist. Des weiteren kam eine Energiepauschale auf die Rechnung, diese war bei der Buchung nicht bekannt gegeben worden. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Erstauffüllung der Minibar mit in dem Preis drinne war. Ansonsten Unterkunft und Hotel sehr sauber – Personal sehr freundlich.

Et fremragende ophold. Stedet er fredfyldt personalet er fantastisk restauranten serverer fremragende mad. Særligt skal fremhæves servicen i restauranten. De forstår udover en særdeles professionel opførsel at gøre betjeningen personlig uden st virke anmassende. Alt i alt et ophold som fortjener topkarakter. En tidligere noget dårligere anmeldelse vedrørte et hotel på hjemvejen. Det havde overskriften “Stop over” se venligst birthday fra den.

Das ansprechende Zimmer war leider etwas hellhörig zur Straße hin gelegen und auch vom Flur her eher nicht sehr ruhig. Dafür war das Restaurant ausgezeichnet.

Tolles Hotel in schöner ruhiger Lage. Zimmer sind frisch modernisiert und schön ausgestattet. Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Buffet zum Frühstück hat eine sehr große und frische Auswahl. Einfach toll, kann man nur empfehlen.

Hotel toll, Leitung naja

Der Empfang durch die Juniorschefin war sehr herzlich, das Zimmer sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück bestätigte den guten Eindruck: frisch, vielfältig, Wurst aus eigener Herstellung, aufmerksamer Service und sehr leckerer Kaffee. Doch dann ging es ans Auschecken, am Empfang saß der Juniorchef und wir machten den großen "Fehler" mit Creditkarte bezahlen zu wollen. Einen solch unfreundlichen Vortrag über die "Dreistigkeit" mit Creditkarte zu bezahlen, habe wir uns auf keiner unserer vielen Reisen je anhören müssen. Wenn das Hotel dies nicht möchte, sollen sie es doch gar nicht erst anbieten, sie wären ja nicht die Einzigen, und der Gast hat vor der Buchung die Wahl, dies zu akzeptieren oder auch nicht.
