"The room as always was very clean and comfortable. But do not include the breakfast. The buffet is terrible. Closes at 10am, we got there at 9am and most was already gone. No juices , Bananas all browned, turkey sausages burnt. Not Worth it."

"The front desk staff was very courteous during check-in and check-out. The room was very spacious and clean. I had a 1st floor corner room. Although I would stay at this hotel again, I hope to not have that room again. It was right by the back exit and it was quite loud when the door opened and closed. No sound barring walls at all. I normally don’t sleep well in hotel rooms because my bed at home is the best. But the pillows were super comfy and aided in restful sleep. "

"We’ve stayed in many Hampton Inns throughout the eastern seaboard, this hotel is by far the best one. It started by being greeted as guest of the day! The room and hotel were sparkling clean. We even saw a member of the cleaning staff cleaning all parts of the tables in the breakfast area and the elevators, too. I’ve never seen that. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee tasted so good! Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable stay on our long road trip."

"Definitely simplified living away from home. No microwave in room, nor lobby, and no simplified pricing. Therefore, you get less and still pay more. I have stayed at several Tru properties, all are clean and staff friendly "

"The room was "okay". It was probably better suited for a single male on business versus a couple or family. The cleanliness was decent. There were no vending or ice machines available. The air conditioning wasn't powerful enough to reach the bathroom (which did not have a fan). The towels were horrible (like small strips of sand paper). The noise from the highway was loud and constant. I called ahead to make arrangements for my dog that we were bringing along. However, I was accused by the front desk personnel of not informing them and was told I would have to pay extra for him (which I had already agreed to when I called). Finally, check in was at 3pm but our room was not ready until 6:20 pm. Over 3 hours late is not exactly what you want when you've already been in the car for over 5 hours :("

"Employee at the front desk was either on drugs or completly overwhelmed by his job. Room smelled bad, toilet seat unstable, no toilet paper holder, floor made my white socks brown in just a few steps, and more... Front desk employee didn't like my comments about his work and then decided not to give us a room that we already paid for and after screaming after me to "get the f@%& out of the hotel" he call the police for help. Before the cop arrived I manage to make a deal with this crazy guy and he gave us a room with 2 beds instead of a king size. It was 9:30 pm after 13 hours on the road and I could fight anymore with this moron. Never again these cheap hotels with incompetent staff, run down rooms and more."

"Hotel was very clean and decor was fresh and welcoming. Check in was easy. Our room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Great value too."
