Reception desk on arrival not very welcoming or friendly, just did the necessary. Bathroom floor space like a postage stamp, literally width of toilet. Never seen such a tiny bathroom. Breakfast was just ok but could have more on offer, quite limited. Location amazing, very clean, comfy beds.

Santa Claus Village was the perfect mix between nostalgic yet not overwhelming Christmas spirit. . Everything from the accommodations to the food was top notch. Everything was in walking distance and Uber/cabs were easily accessible. Friendly staff, clean facilities, overall great experience!

Deserving of its good reviews. The staff is very nice and professional, and the food is very good. Room 111 is a little odd, certainly not quiet, in that it is right on the sidewalk. I'd recommend availding it.
