Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!

Clean rooms and great value , free transfer to and from Kawaguchi station , place to eat close early . Biggest problem I had was the bed was super hard . I would not come here again unless I specified that I want softer mattress

Run down and the rooms were not clean. You also can not control the temperature to cool down the room, only heat it so it was very hot. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 am and you need to wait in line awhile to get in. Not a great experience.
