"It’s actually one of the most ridiculously overpriced onsen hotel I have ever been. We travel around Japan and have been living in many similar styled ryokans and rarely run into such disappointments. The hotel obviously has dinner option. But neither Expedia nor the hotel provide proper communication for such option. ( Just for comparison, for other hotels that are over 100,000 Yen / night, we always get email communications from the hotels about potential options pre arrival dates). We arrived...

"We stayed for 10 days and it was conveniently located and very clean. I wished they had air condition in the common aisle area as the weather can get very hot (the room, kitchen area had good air conditioning). Also we had guest complaining about any noises as you really had to open/close door quietly etc...and some guests the very last day was very noisy until 3am in the morning while the door of the rooms, youi could hear everything. "Hotel is very strategically located in the heart of Miyazaki City. Many dining and shopping options are in the vicinity. Parking at the hotel is convenient. Hotel hotspring is quite good and includes a cold bath and sauna. But there is no room cleaning included. Daily room cleaning can be ordered at ¥1500 per day. We dispensed with it since they gave us new towels everyday."
"Clean, spacious hotel room and toilet with big twin beds. Convenient on-site parking with family mart right at level 1 and walkable to mega don don sinking. The daifuku sweets confectionery shop opposite the hotel was a great find! Recommended."
