Would absolutely love to stay here again! My family of 8 slept comfortably in the space. While the AC is strong in the living room area, the one area of improvement is to have a stronger AC unit inside the bedroom as it tends to get warm in 35 degree weather. Receptionist provided us a fan in the room but we still needed to crack the door open to allow AC airflow. Not great when we have snorers in the room. Otherwise everything else is amazing!

It’s a clean well maintained property. 2 minutes walk to Hibiya lines. Other lines are within 8 minutes. What stands out is their 14th cafe open from 6:30 every night. Nice view of Tokyo tower and night city. The hotel offer free sake testing and peach tea. And free ramen at 8:45. Wow. What a treat.

The service from the staff was excellent. They welcomed us each time upon entering, answered queries, and helped us forward our luggage. Daily room service is available, and the room was kept clean and tidy while we were out. The hotel is well situated in a quiet part of Ueno, with Ueno Station only 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is reasonably priced, especially when considering the location and level of service. Thank you for having us. ありがとうございました
