"1.no mention that we have to park off street and take more than 30 steps up to reach the reception and further more 30 steps to reach the room. 2.no help at all in moving the luggage to the room in spite that the hotel has QUAD BIKE but the staff refused to use the quad bike. 3.breakfast is below ..."
