"Breakfast was good, even though I only had it once. I do wish there were more meat options for guests who don’t eat pork. Parking was convenient and well-lit. The room was very clean, and being at the end of the hallway made it nice and quiet. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and attentive. One staff member even moved me to another room when I wasn’t satisfied with the first, which I really appreciated. I also enjoyed the full bar during happy hour. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Budget friendly hotel. Rooms are quite big with all required amenities. Breakfast is good Personally feel Need to improve pillow quality and little more cleaning for carpets Rest is all good "

"This hotel is terrible—do not stay here. The reviews are very misleading. From the moment we pulled up, the property looked sketchy. Unfortunately, it only got worse once I went inside the room. I specifically paid for a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. When I tried turning on the light near the bathroom, it didn’t work, and when I walked into the bathroom, the toilet was absolutely disgusting. I left immediately and requested a refund, but the hotel refused. I had to contact Hotels.com, and after going back and forth with both the hotel and Hotels.com, I finally received a refund today. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. To make things even more concerning, the hotel changed its name from “Americas Inn & Suites” to “Crystal Inn & Suites” within just a few days, which is very suspicious. I would not trust this place at all."

"Our fridge didn’t really work, the staff barely spoke to us, the room had this nasty smell that wasn’t mildew but dirty unwashed. The elevator button only works sometimes and the gym wasn’t available. The staff however was nice enough to store our ice cream. "

"I had a really great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and quick to help with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was."

"Overall great experience. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had family above us and heard stomping all throughout the night. Rooms also get very cold & the blankets on the beds are think and sheet-like. "

"Bed was most comfortable ever! I appreciated that the breakfast was offered until 10. Staff super friendly. Breakfast could be improved by offering dairy/lactose-free milk options, real fruit jelly (without high fructose corn syrup), wheat bread, and oranges. I avoided all cooked/baked items because no ingredient list was offered, and I have food allergies. "
