There was no towels in the room,it was really hot ,because the air conditioner was not working properly, parking lot is very small,so you don't have parking some nights, i will not recommend to anyone.

Bedding was worn out and pillows worn out two pillows for a king bed lol
Bed frame was gross found a dirty tampon in the creases.
Overall wouldn’t stay there again.
It’s very close to Halfway Tree and New Kingston. It’s hidden gem in the city. Just need a little more tlc at the hotel. And it will be amazing beyond that.
The Spanish Hotel was in great condition.
The property overall is well kept apart from some well needed TLC. The property is very quiet, although iit is in a centralized location in the heart of Kingston. The front desk clerks are very helpful, and have knowledge of any needs you may have. Plan on visiting again.
Good enough location and size however there is a huge water problem. This is my 2nd time staying here and frankly I will never book again. I spent 3 days and no possibility of a shower. The water trickled out making it impossible to bathe and shower
The bathroom sink also has an issue where it doesn’t drain the water immediately so when using the sink its so unhygienic and disgusting
The last thing there wasn’t adequate bed linens, so if the night gets cold you WILL freeze. Had this not been my 2nd booking then I would not have known from my 1st booking that I should bring my own linen. Absolute no towels as what u would expect at your typical hotel/ motel. As I recall my booking was for 2 people and yet only 1 single towel was made available, no wash cloths (rags), no fresh roll of tissue, what we got was the remaining piece of tissue most likely from the previous guest booking and who knows how long ago that was not to mention yet again unhygienic.
This hotel has great potential but needs serious attention and upkeep regarding amenities for all guests
The only good thing about this place is that it is cheap but now we know why. They reduce guest comfort so as to reduce cost
I give this booking zero stars go back to the drawing board and do better

I do apologize for your bad experience with us had front desk known about the situation we would have rectified it immediately.
I liked the fact that it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly but I paid $1500 for key deposit and was told it would be returned but only received $1400. It’s not a big deal and I didn’t realize until I left and too far. It could be just an honest mistake they just need to be careful. Otherwise I would stay there again

I do apologize for this all our guest deposits are always returned to them so there must have been a mistake when it was being stored. Again, I sincerely apologize, we are happy you enjoyed your stay otherwise and we will happily refund your 100 on your next stay and ensure it won't happen again.
Room was big clean and very updated. Area was very safe also has gated security. There was no cable the entire time there and the staff did not mention it was not working.Also checking in was a hassle was told by front desk my reservation was not there then when I shared my confirmation was told the rate was wrong I need to pay more. The communication at the front desk was the worse had to contact Expedia to call them also water pressure in the room upstairs was very low could hardly take a shower. I would stay there again as the place is clean and well secure but the checking in needs improvement also maybe I would take a room downstairs vs upstairs due to water pressure condition. I will also confirm they have cable working next time before booking.

I do apologize for you experience however we do have cable it's just that the default for the TVs is Netflix just let someone at front desk know that you prefer the cable and it they will switch the tv over to cable for you in the future. I did not like the fact that there was no hot water. The fact that I was robbed and security did not do much. The fact that there was only one roll of tissue in the bathroom. There was a issue with large towels as rooms were missing the large towels. I was told vi a knock on my door 8PM that an extra guest had to leave by 10pm. Additionally, this rule was not prominently displayed any where.

I didn't like anything. Room was dirty, roaches everywhere, cigarettes and ganja from previous persons who stayed and it wasn't clean or sanitized. Customer service is very poor, unorganized and untrained. I would not recommend anyone to this place.

They asked me to pay an extra 3.5% for the room, I left and stayed in another hotel!
This place is not good, they attempt to steal from a traveler.

Sorry about the miscommunication but the 3.5% is only requested as a key deposit when you are given a discount on the room at the end of your stay when the key was turned in you would've been refunded the amount. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
There are no restaurabts, coffee shops or grocerues within walking distance. Expedia stated there it s a fridge in the room thats not true. Expedia probably get a fee for referrals . Also there is no microwave.
The batroom towels are best used for washing cars.

The Wi-Fi was not working, nor was the cable. There was no hot water, and the toilet would not flush properly.
The property was poorly maintained. Service was non-existed. The pool was infested with mosquitoes. We were bitten by bed bugs. The location was not near anything. There was no food available.
The staff was very pleasant but I wish they had a bar in the pool area.

After confirmation of reservation, there was a series of messages saying they had overbooked and had to cancel! There were further messages and telephone conversations which reassured me that my reservation was stil in their system - but led me to pay directly and in advance. However on arrival I found my designated room had been allocated to others at a higher price! With no other option, I accepted the alternative offered but found the room to be very basic and certainly far below what I was expecting.
A bit rude at checkin. Facilities in excellent condition. I have become a regular inspite of the temperament

Near city center but set far back enough to still experience tranquility. I was able to find a run course with side walks all the way. Very happy with my stay.

It was more than I expected to see it's very beautiful especially the furnitures all of the furnitures are upgraded they have mahogany furnitures with granite top dresser side table Granite top bathroom countertop Granite top table the hotel room is different from other hotel it is like a suite it's a living area and the settings is like living room with kitchen and then the bathroom to itself and a large bedroom modern TV with cable a very nice clean swimming pool they have a gym workout area they have a conference room where you can invite friends and have any kind of events staff are very friendly they have a gate at night no one can enter but guess nice neighborhood I'm looking forward to stay at this hotel many more times.

Modern new build located in up scale area, staff super friendly especially the receptionist Nadia, super friendly and helpful she deserves more credit. Would stay here again, Only thing is water pressure is super low.
