Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Library

There was a daily buildup of dust in the room, not sure where it was coming from since the windows were closed all the time. The WiFi was problematic and was constantly dropping out. I decided to use my roaming data in the end because I was not getting my emails in a timely way. The breakfast which was included in the room price was the most disappointing. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10AM but many times I arrived for breakfast at 9AM or just after and there would be little left for me to have. The various breakfast items would be put out initially (not enough for the guests attending for breakfast) and when it finished the staff did not refill - when I enquired about that, I was informed that there was no more because I was late even though it was not yet 10AM. There was also not enough plates and utensils for people arriving for breakfast later than 9AM and staff present did not take the initiative to get more without guests asking.

Room needs renovation! Rust is everywhere.
