"We were redirected to stay at The Sea Residences which is one of the same apartment blocks in that series. Housekeeping was once every two days but they did a fantastic job. Amazing views of the sea horizon and fireworks from the balcony. No issues with transport as there are always buggys/Grab cars and Xanh SM drivers waiting around to offer you a ride. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. "From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were all so lovely and could not do enough to help us during our stay. The cabana room was fantastic - very spacious, well equipped and with a lovely outside area with pool access. The beach and pool were beautiful with plenty of beds and towels available. The food was really good in all of the restaurants, especially mad cow. Having complementary access to the daily connectivity hour, with free drinks and canapés, was a lovely unexpected touch. Overall we had a truly wonderful stay. A special thank you to Lam who looked after us at breakfast each morning and ensured we had a great table, as well as Ryan, Phuc and Xoan who kept the drinks flowing at the connectivity hour. "

"The resort was perfect. The room was spotless and was in in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. A lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset too. Everything you could possibly need was provided - tea, coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, etc, etc. Lots of plug sockets, very comfy bed - just perfect."

"A fantastic hotel to stay at phu quoc. Location is great with good food and night market around. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The view is great with beach and pool. They have taxi services that charge the same as grab and can stay with us more than 10 hours service which is very helpful and appreciative. The breakfast is a huge spread which we enjoyed throughout our 5 days stay. All services are good and we would definitely come back to seashells if we go to phu quoc again! Thank you for the good service."

"I utilized my own villa pool.. It was comfortable,clean,bright and spacious. Breakfast was great.. They have a great selection of food .. I enjoyed the happy hour and their ala carte menu. Taste and presentations of the cocktails and food were excellent. Friendly and courteous staffs. Always proactive and served with great smiles. Makes me feel welcoming. I enjoyed the promotion for spa. Room was clean and massage was to my liking. Went back everyday for the duration of my stay.. Would definitely love to go back again someday."
