"Feels 3 star, best thing was the in room laundry. Walked into the hallway with dirty linen and towels on the ground. If that’s how they operate, made me question how clean the rooms actually were."

"My only significant problem was the laundry, which consisted of 4 or 5 small machines in a very small room with no table to put clothes on. The machines were combination washer-dryers, one of which had a "Broken" sign on it. Although the machine I used got the clothes clean, the drying phase was useless. I ran it through 3 drying cycles of 30 minutes each, but the clothes were still so damp that I had to drape them over the furniture in our room overnight."

"Great location, clean, and comfortable. I would like to see phone charges on both sides of the bed. Price is a little high for the location but still competitive. This was our second time starting here and it does not disappoint."

"Clean room, friendly staff, great location if you want to walk around lake or want to try the public foot bath. They have a public onsen in the hotel. If you are interested in the local public onsen, it's also walking distance. "
